TEMPERATURE SENSORS FOR CAR LIGHTS

During operation, AOZOOM's LED headlights emit heat. However, this amount of heat emitted is very small. AOZOOM's LED headlights convert 90% of the energy consumed into light and only 10% into heat energy. This is why AOZOOM's LED headlights are highly trusted for the optimal efficiency they provide.

However, temperature is always the enemy of any electronic device. Although AOZOOM's LED headlights emit very little heat compared to other technologies, if this heat is not handled gradually, it will still accumulate and weaken the LED elements, causing them to explode and affect the lifespan of the lights.

When the temperature rises, it leads to a decrease in voltage across the resistor, thereby limiting the voltage on the device. At the same time, if the power continues to operate at the initial rating, it will cause damage to the LED lights.

Therefore, in addition to the heat sink with fans and heat dissipation designs through the lamp shell, it is necessary to equip the LED headlights with temperature sensors.

The temperature sensor helps to measure the amount of thermal energy generated by the LED lights, then record, monitor and signal changes in temperature to the LED controller. At this point, the LED controller will adjust the operating power of the headlights accordingly, thereby always controlling thermal energy to increase the durability of the LEDs and the longevity of the AOZOOM headlights.

SMART LED DRIVER

The LED driver (also known as the LED power supply or LED controller) is an enclosed power source with a feedback signal that controls the current and working temperature of the LED chip to regulate the voltage and current supplied to the LED light.

The LED driver protects the LED light from voltage or current fluctuations. A small voltage fluctuation can cause a change in the current supplied to the LED light. This maintains the stability of the power and working temperature of the LED and ensures that the light operates within a certain current range for the best luminous efficiency and to ensure the durability of the LED chip.

The LED driver must be constructed to ensure that none of the feedback control components are cut or reduced, and that cost-saving control solutions are not used as they can affect the quality and durability of the system, including the driver and LED chip.

ADVANCED HEAT-DISSIPATION SYSTEM

AOZOOM uses three types of cooling systems:

ACTIVE COOLING: Uses a fan to circulate air, helping to reduce temperature. The fan has high RPM (rotations per minute) and CFM (airflow rate) ratings.
PASSIVE COOLING: Uses copper metal to dissipate heat. Copper has a thermal conductivity rating of 308 W/m.K.
COOLING INTEGRATED INTO THE DESIGN: The light housing is designed with openings to allow for easy airflow and temperature reduction.

Product Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Conditions

The product must be within the warranty period. (The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase, based on the sales invoice).
The product must have technical defects covered under the warranty criteria set by the Manufacturer/Distributor. (Refer to the manufacturer's warranty conditions below). If the manufacturer/distributor determines that the product does not meet the warranty conditions, the warranty request will be denied.

Cases Not Covered by Warranty:

Products that do not meet the above warranty conditions or violate the manufacturer's warranty policy.

2. Warranty Policy

All products sold by AOZOOM are covered under the official warranty policy.
Any defective products will be handled according to AOZOOM's warranty policy.

3. Conditions for Return and Exchange

Customers are advised to inspect the product's condition and may request a return or exchange at the time of delivery/receipt under the following circumstances:

The product does not match the type or model as specified in the order.
The quantity is insufficient or the set is incomplete compared to the order.
The external condition is damaged, such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.

Customers must provide relevant documentation as proof of the above discrepancies to complete the return or exchange process.

4. Notification and Return Shipment Policy

Notification period for return/exchange: Within 48 hours of receiving the product in cases of missing accessories, gifts, or product damage.
Return shipment timeframe: Based on actual shipping conditions in each country.
Return location: Customers can bring the product directly to our office/store or send it via postal service.

Obligations of the Seller and the Buyer in Transactions

1. Obligations of the Seller

The seller is responsible for ensuring:

The buyer's ownership of the purchased goods is not disputed by a third party.
The goods comply with legal regulations.
The transfer of goods is lawful.

a. Obligation to Deliver the Correct Goods and Related Documents

The seller must deliver the goods as agreed in the contract, including the correct product type, quantity, quality, specifications, and technical requirements.
Along with the goods, the seller must also provide related documents, such as the bill of lading, product information, packaging and storage guidelines, and user instructions. This is a mandatory obligation, even if the two parties have not specifically agreed on it.
If the delivered goods do not match the agreed specifications, the buyer has the right to refuse receipt and claim compensation for any actual damages incurred.

b. Obligation to Transfer Ownership of Goods

The time of ownership transfer is determined as follows: unless otherwise regulated by law or agreed upon by both parties, ownership is transferred from the seller to the buyer at the moment the goods are handed over.

c. Responsibility for Non-Conforming Goods

Goods are considered non-conforming if they:

(i) Are not suitable for their ordinary intended use.
(ii) Do not meet a specific purpose known to the seller at the time of contract execution.
(iii) Do not maintain the agreed quality or match the sample previously provided.
(iv) Are not packaged or preserved in a standard or appropriate manner.

Both parties must agree on how to handle force majeure events affecting contract execution and take remedial actions to minimize damages.

2. Obligations of the Buyer

a. Obligation to Make Payment

The buyer must pay for the goods and receive them as agreed.
Payments must be made using the agreed method, following the specified procedure and legal regulations.
If the goods are lost or damaged after the risk has transferred to the buyer, the buyer is still responsible for payment unless the loss or damage is caused by the seller.

b. Obligation to Receive Goods

The buyer must accept delivery and facilitate the seller’s ability to deliver the goods at the agreed time and location or as required by law.

c. Obligation to Inspect Goods

The buyer must inspect or ensure the goods are inspected within the shortest feasible timeframe, depending on the specific circumstances.

d. Obligation to Notify

Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer must notify the seller of any third-party claims related to intellectual property violations or force majeure events affecting contract performance.
